At approximately half way through the current tenancy, Eaton Inventory Services will email you a booking form for an optional mid-term inspection on the property.

ü     On receipt of the completed booking form, we will write to the tenant giving them notice of an inspection date as per your instruction.  

ü     We will re-visit the property and complete a visual inspection of how the property is being treated.

ü     We will check random items against the inventory and check for any obvious signs of sub-letting, malicious damage, maintenance issues, smoking (if non-smoking property) and ascertain the general level of care from the tenant.   

ü   You will receive this report in PDF format and we will also add it to the inventory file for future reference.
