Monday – Friday from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm Saturday from 9.30 am to 2.00 pm · If you require a booking outside of these times, an additional fee of £40 should be added to your payment. · Prices shown should be accurate, based on the following property sizes:
1 bed property = 1 bedroom, 1 reception, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, garden 2 bed property = 2 bedroom, 1 reception, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, garden, garage 3 bed property = 3 bedroom, 2 reception, up to 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, garden, garage 4 bed property = 4 bedroom, 2 reception, up to 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen & utility, garden, garage ` · All extra rooms / units are charged at £10 unfurnished and £15 furnished, this includes garages, utility rooms, games rooms, en-suite & downstairs toilets, etc. Gardens, garden buildings, balconies and roof terraces will also be charged as one unit. A charge may also be added for heavily furnished properties. · If we cannot carry out any of our inventory services, for any reason that is outside of our control, then 50% of the booking fee will be charged and re-booked at full cost. · Additional bound paper copies of reports including a photo cd are available on request at £15.00 each. · All prices quoted are as per the 'areas covered' page. An additional charge may be applied for all other areas with an askerisk (*).
